You can use this email address to lodge a complaint about a host or property, a guest or site user, or a Riparide process or staff member. Your complaint will be reviewed by our complaints team, and you'll be notified once the investigation is completed. If you've elected to be contacted once the complaint has been investigated, you will be notified of the outcome.
If you are a guest, the first point of contact for any complaint regarding a stay should be to the host directly, ideally during the stay, so the host has a chance to rectify any issues that arise. If you don't hear back from your host, or are unable to reach a resolution with the host, please contact us and we'd be happy to assist.
