For eligible bookings, you can pay half of the Booking Total at the time your booking is accepted, and pay the remainder 14 days prior to check-in.
If you choose to book using this payment method, Riparide will notify you of the amount and schedule of each payment due. On the second payment due date, Riparide will automatically charge your credit card.
Can I change my booking?
If you make a change to an existing booking that uses this payment method, you will be notified of the revised payment schedule. If the change increases your Booking Total, you will be required to make an additional partial payment at the time your change is accepted.
Can I cancel my booking after the first payment?
If your booking is cancelled, you will be refunded based on the Host’s cancellation policy. You acknowledge that you may incur fees for cancellations pursuant to the Host’s cancellation policy.
What happens if Riparide cannot collect payment?
If Riparide is unable to collect your first or second payment, we will notify you of such declined payment, and require you to complete the payment within a specified timeframe.
If you fail to complete the second payment, you authorise Riparide to cancel the booking on your behalf. If the booking is cancelled, you will be refunded based on the Host’s cancellation policy.
Does this payment method cost more?
You will not be charged any additional fees for using this payment method.
For eligible bookings, gift vouchers can be used. The full gift voucher amount will be deducted from your booking total.
Gift vouchers cannot be used for the second payment.
