If you want to control how far in advance to receive bookings, you can set a booking window on your listing.
You can set a booking window for 3 months, 6 months, 9 months or 12 months or leave it open for all future dates. Dates outside of this booking window will show as unavailable on your listing's calendar. It is important to keep your pricing and minimum stays up to date for the duration of the booking window you've set so you are ready to accept all booking requests.
To set a booking window:
Go to My Listings
Navigate to your listing's Calendar
Select Calendar Settings in the top right corner
Scroll down to Booking Settings
Choose an option from the Booking Settings dropdown list
Save your calendar settings
