Please ensure you leave a review for every guest or customer so we can build trust within the Riparide community.

We'll send you an email reminder to leave a review after a booking finishes, but you can also leave reviews for past bookings by following these steps:

  1. Go to My Listings and select Manage Listing
  2. Select Bookings from the navigation bar
  3. Select Past Bookings in the sidebar
  4. Select Review for the booking for which you want to leave a review. If you don't see this option, it means you've already left a review or the review period has ended.


Reviews will be automatically published when both parties have left a review or when the review period ends (30 days).

Once the review period has ended, you'll no longer be able to leave a review.
