There are two cancellation policies.

Full refund: guest receives a full refund for the booking (less service fee) if cancelled with at least 1 week's notice.

50% refund: guest receives a 50% refund for the booking (less service fee) if cancelled with at least 1 week's notice.

Cancellations made less than 1 week of the check-in date are not eligible for any refund.

The Riparide service fee is payable on any balance paid out to hosts for cancelled bookings.
