If you send regularly send similar messages to guests, you can create 'saved messages' so you don't have to type the information each time.

To create a new saved message, follow these steps:

  1. Go to your Inbox and select a message conversation
  2. At the bottom of the new message text box, select the saved messages icon ( speech bubble with a plus sign)
  3. Select + NEW SAVED MESSAGE
  4. Give your saved message a title
  5. Add the message content
  6. Select SAVE

To insert a saved message:

  1. When you're composing a new message, select the saved messages icon
  2. Select the title of the saved message you want to use to preview the message content
  3. Select INSERT to insert the content into your message
  4. Make any edits as necessary before sending

To edit or delete a saved message:

  1. When you're composing a new message, select the saved messages icon
  2. Select the title of the saved message you want to edit
  3. Select the EDIT button
  4. Make any edits and select SAVE
  5. Or, select DELETE to delete the saved message
