Can I buy a general voucher that can be used for any listing on your website?

Definitely! Go to www.riparide.com/vouchers and follow the instructions to buy a "Riparide Voucher".

How long are Riparide gift vouchers valid for?

All gift vouchers purchased after November 1, 2018 are valid for 3 years from the date of purchase. Vouchers purchased before this date are valid for 12 months. The expiry date is printed on the gift voucher. Once the voucher has expired, you won’t be able to redeem it.

I've been in lockdown so have been unable to redeem my voucher, can it be extended?

No problem. If your gift voucher has an expiry date between June 2021 and July 2022, your gift voucher has been automatically extended. You can find more information here.

How do I redeem a voucher?

Go to www.riparide.com/redeem and follow the instructions. You will also need to enter your debit or credit card, even if the voucher covers the value of the booking.

Which listings accept gift vouchers?

All of them!

Can I use more than one voucher to make a booking?

Sure can! Once you've applied your first voucher, you'll see an option to add another voucher.

Do I have to use the full value of the voucher on one booking?

No, you can use your voucher across as many bookings as you like, until the balance is exhausted.

What if the listing my voucher is for isn’t available?

All good! You can actually use a Listing Voucher for any listing on our site. The listing linked to the voucher is just a suggested adventure.

I redeemed my voucher and then my booking was declined. Now what?

Oh no, we hate it when that happens. Not to worry, you can use your voucher for another booking. We'll automatically top up the gift voucher balance.

I bought a voucher but I signed up with Facebook and my voucher was emailed to my hotmail address from 2004. Can it be resent?

Absolutely! First, change your Riparide account email address, then give us a shout via live chat and we'll resend it.

My email is correct but I still didn't receive my voucher. What now?

Check your junk or spam folder. It's most likely in there. If not, give us a shout via live chat or on [email protected]

I already bought a voucher, can I increase the amount of the voucher?

Sure! Go ahead and buy a second gift voucher, from the same user account you used to purchase your first one, then get in touch with us at [email protected] and we'll merge the two vouchers into one and send you a new voucher PDF.

I used a voucher to pay for a booking which is now cancelled. Will my voucher be credited?

It sure will, we'll credit the original voucher with the value you spent on it so you can use the same one next time. If you've already thrown out the voucher, you can find your voucher code by navigating to your Inbox, select the conversation linked to your booking, go to the booking details and then select the little ? icon beside the Gift Voucher line item the payment breakdown.
