For our Australian customers, we understand it's been difficult to book an escape due to the ongoing lockdowns so we've extended all vouchers with expiry dates between June 2021 and July 2022 have been extended to expire 1st September 2022

Keep in mind you only have to book your escape before the expiry date, the travel dates can be for any time in the future.

You can retrieve your gift voucher code if you've used it to pay for a previous booking. Login to Riparide and go to Booked Escapes. Select the listing that you paid for with your voucher. In the pricing breakdown you'll see Voucher Code, click on the ? to view your voucher code.

To retrieve your voucher code for a cancelled booking, login to Riparide and go to your inbox. Find the conversation that relates to your cancelled booking. In the pricing breakdown you'll see Voucher Code, click on the ? to view your voucher code.
